Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
Delivery time
After shipping, delivery usually takes 7-12 business days. During busy seasons such as Black Friday and the holidays, please allow a few extra days.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email when your order ships. Tracking may take 2-3 days to show updates.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us at moktarm88m@gmail.com and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund if needed.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it.
