Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't pay anything extra.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Items returned without contacting us first, or returned more than 30 days after delivery, can't be refunded.
